Strongly recommend for a passing visit

Clean room, helpful staff, with a great kitchenette that made breakfast preparation convenient for my stay.

this hotel is a total disaster. the walls were chipping, and the room was downright grotty, which was a shock for the price I paid. not only that, but when I requested a room change due to the horrible condition, it felt like I was asking for a favor. almost gave this a good review, but I just couldn’t.

The bathroom in my room was unacceptable, with grout issues and fungus. I also faced an absurdly rude reception staffer who showed zero professionalism or customer care. Upon request for a room change, I was met with dismissal and told to tolerate the state of the room. The overall experience was frustrating, compounded by the noisy street outside.

Would recommend for a relaxing holiday

Cozy space, excellent amenities, the indoor swimming pool was very refreshing and the air conditioning provided great comfort during my stay.

The location was a major win, super close to central spots and clean spaces made for an enjoyable stay. Plus, the room totally worked for the family, meeting our needs just fine.

It was just a fitting option for a two-day stay in Auckland with value for money. The staff were really friendly and helped me with my questions about nearby places to eat. For a good breakfast, skip the hotel’s continental option and check out the cafe across the street instead.

my stay at this studio was better than my last in auckland. the underground parking was a lifesaver and made it super convenient to explore. having a small kitchen was really helpful for breakfast, and the air conditioning...

Our two-night stay was a cozy escape, complete with a refreshing indoor pool. The room had excellent amenities, though we faced minor hiccups with keycard access. A notable tip would be to check your room’s heating in advance. a pleasant experience.

The stay was for exploring the nearby attractions, including the Auckland War Memorial Museum and the SkyTower. The kitchenette amenities made it convenient to prepare quick meals during our visit, and the internal elevator access to the parking was a great plus after a long day out. The location was also handy for reaching various restaurants and events, making the experience enjoyable despite some external noise from the traffic.

This place suits me perfectly, with its free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, indoor swimming pool, and fitness centre. I remember the staff helping me with a bottle of water late at night. I’m definitely coming back for a city...
